HSA were engaged to design and document the alterations and additions of an existing vehicle showroom into a new KIA showoom for Peter Warren Automotive.

The existing showroom was inadequate in size. The result aimed to reduce cost and waste by utilisting the existing structure with 
much of the facade, roof and flooring structure retained.
 

The proposal closely followed the required design requirements from KIA whilst addressing the challenges involved with working with an existing building and the irregular floor plan that was inherited.

The required KIA branding and architectural concept was achieved through comprehensive interior, joinery and facade 
detailing considerations.
